His diverse career spans cadet journalism, multinational technology leadership in Asia, and public education as both teacher and leader. Andrew is passionate about harnessing AI and innovative digital solutions to improve citizen experiences and organisational efficiency. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Business, a Bachelor of Education (Computing), and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, combining communication, technology and leadership expertise to drive impactful digital transformation across the Australian public sector.
Leigh oversees digital, technology and education services for more than 13,000 staff. A leader in Generative AI adoption, Leigh’s initiatives have earned international recognition for innovation and impact. Her career spans teaching, executive leadership and roles as CEO, CIO, Executive Director and COO across education and industry. A published researcher and sought-after speaker on digital transformation, Leigh has served on national advisory groups and holds multiple postgraduate qualifications in Education, IT, Leadership, Management and Business, as well as study with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Stefan works at the interface between science and technology and policy and strategy. His work helps decision makers in government, industry and community organisations explore plausible futures and make wise choices.Over the past 15 years he’s led a body of strategic foresight research at CSIRO involving scenario planning, megatrends analysis, risk analysis and decision support. Stefan is widely published in the peer-reviewed international research literature and his book “Global Megatrends” is a CSIRO Publishing best seller. His research expertise is in the fields of geography, economics, decision theory, management science and strategic foresight. He has a doctorate from the University of Queensland and post graduate diploma in economics from the University of New England. He has been a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Foresight Community and the OECD’s Government Foresight Community for over ten years. He is a fellow of the Queensland Academy of Arts and Sciences.
Johnny Serrano joined CS Energy in July 2025 as CIO, shifting from senior ICT roles including Head of ICT and GM Cyber Security & IT at Thiess. He has a deep interest in digital transformation, customer centricity and inclusive talent development, underpinned by earlier experience as CIO/CDO of GroundProbe.
Luke Abercrombie, appointed CIO at Port of Brisbane in 2022, leads the Technology Business Unit and drives the organisation’s innovation agenda — improving safety, risk mitigation and commercial outcomes through technology. He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from QUT and brings leadership experience from both Australian and UK industry operators.
Toni Peggrem is CEO of the Queensland AI Hub (operating under the AI Consortium) and has over 30 years’ experience in strategic planning and organisational reform. She leads initiatives to build the AI ecosystem in Queensland, including workforce development, industry partnerships and enabling accessible AI.
Tim Dougall has been CTO, Global Leisure at Flight Centre Travel Group since January 2023. He brings extensive experience across digital transformation, product engineering and enterprise digital services, with previous senior roles at Youi, SBS, Fairfax Media and Credit Suisse.
Anna Clive joined RACQ as General Manager, Data, Digital & Innovation in late 2024/early 2025, following her role as CIO at Aussie Broadband. Anna is known for driving advanced analytics, digital solutions and enhanced member engagement through technology at RACQ.
