Amanda Fleming is a transformation leader with over 20 years of experience business-wide transformations across the Retail, Fast Food and FMCG sector. 

Prior to Viva Energy, Amanda was the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) and Managing Director, Commercial, for Super Retail Group. Previously she held executive roles including Director of Human Resources for Coles, Chief Operations officer and Chief People Officer for Pizza Hut USA, and Human Resources Director for Mars in Australia. 

Jade Haar, Head of Privacy and Ethics, NAB 

Jade is a legal practitioner of almost 20 years’ experience, having worked in indigenous land rights, protection of vulnerable people litigation as well privacy and equality law in New Zealand, UK and Australia. She has worked with the world’s oldest national broadcaster and now proudly works for NAB. As a data ethics and privacy professional, Jade leads her team to embed a data ethics culture at the bank where innovation is supported but balanced with critically assessing benefits, impacts and harms. 

Tracy Moore, Executive, AI Incubation & Ethics, Telstra

Tracy recently joined Telstra to lead the D&AI Centre of Excellence – a pivotal role in their journey to become AI-fuelled. She’s passionate about driving shareholder value – getting beyond the hype to innovate and scale safely and responsibly with AI.

Before joining Telstra, Tracy led strategy and governance for a fintech platform – playing a part in doubling global subscribers and revenue over 3 years. Prior to that, she held leadership roles in management consulting and financial services.

 

Melina Cruickshank, Chief Product, Brand and Audience Officer, REA Group

Melina started at REA Group in 2019. Her current portfolio includes the Consumer and Customer Product divisions, the Audience, Brand and Marketing divisions and REA Group’s property data and analytics business PropTrack. With more than 25 years’ experience in Australia and the UK, Melina has deep experience in product management and brand marketing in digital technology.Melina joined REA Group from Domain, where she was Chief Marketing Officer.

Prior to this, Melina held several senior roles at Fairfax Media, including Group Director, Life Media leading the product, mobile, video and online business for several brands across the SMH, AFR, Essential Baby, The Vine, Good Food, Traveller and Find A Babysitter. Her experience in the UK includes working for e-commerce start up MoonPig (now FTSE listed) and Advertising agency View Communications (now Isobar).

He has over 22 years of experience delivering business value across the advisory, banking, insurance and e-commerce industries having held positions at Gartner, Cover-More, IAG, CGU, NAB and Infosys prior to joining Bendigo and Adelaide Bank as Chief Engineer in 2019. 

Priyanka Paranagama, Chief Data & Transformation Officer, Suncorp 

Priyanka Paranagama is Chief Data & Transformation Officer at Suncorp Group. He joined the company in 2017 from Ernst & Young, where he was a Partner for close to three years.
